Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Orders will usually ship within 3 business days (Mon - Fri). Occasionally, I will be away from my home at a convention or event.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! Please note: international orders come with tracking numbers, but if you do not purchase the upgraded tracking, your package will stop tracking when it leaves the US but will continue to move to it's final destination.
Customers are responsible for any custom, VAT fees or additional shipping fees.
Q: I need rush shipping, help!
A: If you need an item by a certain date, please choose priority shipping and send me a msg on instagram or email me to let me know when you need it! I will tell you if the item will make it on time.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: At this time, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your item was damaged or there was a problem with your order, please email me with your order number.
Q: May I get your artwork tattooed?
A: If you want to get a piece of artwork tattooed, I simply ask you to purchase the artwork from my shop and your tattoo artist cannot resell the artwork as their own. Please credit and tag me on social media! I would love to see the tattoo!
